this is one of the best features for iPhone users. where each and every iPhone user will get the latest update on the iPhone is around 80%. iPhone user gets updated on the latest ios last 3 years but like android where many devices didn't get the latest update. only 15% device gets an update like pixel, and google phone, etc. many android phones are currently working in android oreo and pie, even if the latest android 11 beta introduced.
2) best support and help from the company
this feature for ios is really interesting, when ios devices get a problem they tap into a vast database on useful help articles on the apple website and get help via live chat but if a problem comes in android devices they need to take online forums or carriers. because they didn't get direct relationships with customers and services are also generally poor.
3) best hardware and software function
so one of the best features for iPhone user is that hardware where touch id and use of power button enable to enter quick in Anything like email and various things but Samsung touch id is not successful it is haptic but user not more than a year but iPhone can use with no problem with hardware and software
4) battery backup
iPhone does not have good battery backup (2500-3000) of new iPhone but it runs smoothly with no problem and android is one of the best phones with batter backup with little bugs enable in it
5)background apps
iPhone app runs in background smooth functioning and without error but android apps something didn't function if apps are long in the background and it forces close
6)Siri over google assistant
iPhone has one of the best features is Siri. Siri has whole access to iPhone and can do any task you want and never denies it and work for 24/7 hours without error but android phones have google assistance which doesn't have whole access to android phone and cant do most of the action
7) bugs and improvement
apple identifies his bugs and gives an update to the user so that their phone cant be jailbreak but the android phone required more than a year to provide bugs and security patch updates.
